As a result, certain Information (as defined in Section 2) may also be collected, processed, stored, or disclosed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which apply in addition to this privacy policy (together referred to herein as the “Privacy Policy”). (b) Third-Party Service Providers – Our Website and Services are hosted on the Shopify platform, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and Services to you. Your Personal Information, including information collected during account creation, registration, and use of our Services, is stored and processed on Shopify’s servers in accordance with Shopify’s privacy practices. We may also share your Personal Information with third-party service providers and applications integrated with our Shopify store as well as with third-party delivery, logistics, and fulfillment providers, to the extent necessary to process orders, complete deliveries, provide customer support, and operate our business. Specifically, your name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and order details may be shared for purposes such as order processing and fulfilment, shipping, payment processing, customer support, and analytics. These third parties are permitted to use your Personal Information only to provide these services and are required to maintain its confidentiality and security; however, we cannot guarantee the security or confidentiality of your Personal Information in their possession.

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment service provider. Notwithstanding the above, Information saved through Shopify Pay is maintained by Shopify and its payment service providers. We do not receive or retain full payment details or other vaulted data, and our access is limited to confirmation information necessary to process your transaction.
vi. User Feedback – We may collect ratings and reviews, feedback and other Information from you. Any ratings, reviews, feedback, or other information you submit must comply with our Terms and shall be subject to this Privacy Policy. By providing any type of review, feedback, and other Information to us about the Services, you hereby grant Company a perpetual, unlimited, fully paid, royalty free, transferable license to use such review, feedback, and other information to study its business model, use in marketing materials, or otherwise use by us for the purposes of evaluating and / or improving our Services.
vii. Non-personal Data and Information – Non-personal data includes any data that cannot be used on its own to identify, trace, or identify a person. We may collect your device information, including GPS data and IP address. When non-Personal Data you give to us is combined with Information we collect about you, it will be treated as such and we will only use it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit the Website, rather than your Information. These platforms and other advertising partners may use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), and similar tracking technologies, to deliver targeted or retargeted advertisements to you on Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party advertising partners. 6. How Company Uses Your Personal Information and Data
(a) Company uses your Personal Information for various purposes in the regular course of business, including, assisting us in supplying service information, capturing customer survey data, account management purposes, resolving customer queries, designing new initiatives, delivering our newsletter on our services and current offers and for a variety of other internal uses.
(b) The third parties with whom we share your information may undertake various activities such as processing card payments and providing services or products for us. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. You may be subject to such third-party processing service’s privacy policies. At this time, our Company is utilizing the services of Shopify Pay to process your card payments. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and to the extent of our best effort to ensure that your Personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The transmission of information via the internet and telecommunication is not completely secure. Although we will take steps to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information or other data transmitted to us through our Website or other means; any transmission is at your own risk. (c) Marketing Communications – If you decide to place an order, create a User Account, or subscribe to our newsletter or updates, you will need to provide certain Personal Information. (d) Stewardship Impact Reporting – We may use aggregated and de-identified sales data to calculate and report on internal sustainability and stewardship initiatives, including our 6% Stewardship Impact Commitment. Such reporting does not identify individual customers.

(a) General Disclosure – We may share your Information and data with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy, the Terms and in accordance with your consent. We will not share, sell or rent your Information and data to third parties without your explicit consent.
(b) Anonymized Aggregated Data –We may aggregate and anonymize data and use and disclose it for a variety of purposes, including analytics. However, in these situations, we do not disclose any Information.
(c) Sale of Business – We may disclose Information to the acquiror or its agents in the course of the sale of our business. If we do this, the disclosure will be subject to confidentiality arrangements customary in such transactions.
(d) Subsidiaries, Affiliates and Service Providers – We may use the services of affiliates, subsidiaries and/or unrelated service providers (collectively, “Third Parties”) in connection with our provision of the Service, including, without limitation, for the processing of payments, off-premise data hosting and communication services. We may engage offshore service providers and authorized contractors to process Personal Information on our behalf for purposes such as technical maintenance, platform development, data hosting, and customer support, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
